Stretch and Strength/ Style Classes

MBA wants to grow dancers who are well rounded and bring many dance styles to the table. Although they are optional, our rotating Stretch and Strength/Style Class is a very important course for our dancers. Stretch and Strength provides cross training to prevent injuries, and the style classes allow the dancer to test the limits of different movements. We rotate these classes monthly. In our current rotation we offer Contemporary, Modern, Jazz, Hawaiian, Composition, and Variations. If your student were to only take one extra class per week, it should be this class. This class is available to those in Ballet 2-4.
